Joomla 3.8.7 is Out<\/h2>\n

Joomla! 3.8.7 is now available and it’s a security <\/strong>release. Since few bugs have been resolved, we\u2019re considering this a security fix and we recommend all Joomla website owners have this upgrade done.<\/p>\n

This is a security <\/strong> fix release for the 3.x series of Joomla including over 70 bug fixes and improvements.<\/p>\n

Bug fixes and Improvements:<\/p>\n

– Various backend improvements for multi language websites (admin menus and associations)<\/p>\n

– CodeMirror editor updated to 5.35.0<\/p>\n

– Allow absolute or relative URLs for redirects<\/p>\n

– Improved handling of read-only field data in com_fields<\/p>\n

– Highlight all matching text in Smart Search results<\/p>\n
